How to remove your Clipadi account and everything attached to it. This page exists so you always have a way to get your data deleted, and it is the deletion route we give to Meta and other platforms we integrate with.

Delete it yourself

Log in and go to Settings. You can unlink any connected Instagram or YouTube account at any time from Account → Social accounts — unlinking stops us reading anything further about that account immediately.

Ask us to delete everything

Email hello@clipadi.com from the address on your Clipadi account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, username, email, mobile number and profile picture.
• Linked social accounts: the public handle and the verification record proving you owned it.
• Your clips: submitted links, view counts, thumbnails and per-clip earnings history.
• Campaigns you created, along with their briefs and rules.
• Payout details, including your UPI ID and KYC information.

What we keep, and why

• Payment, invoice and payout records are kept for 8 years, because Indian tax law requires it. These are financial records of money that actually moved; they are not used for anything else.
• Any unpaid balance is paid out before the account is closed. We will not delete an account holding money we owe you without settling it first.
• Anonymised totals that cannot be traced back to you, such as a campaign's overall view count.

Data we read from Instagram and YouTube

We only ever read public information about posts you submit to us — view counts, captions and thumbnails — plus the public bio we check once to confirm the account is yours. We never post on your behalf, never read your messages, and never ask for your social media password. That information is deleted with your account. Revoking Clipadi's access from Instagram or YouTube directly also stops it at the source.
