Terms of service
The agreement between you and Clipadi when you use the platform, whether as a creator or a clipper.
Last updated 7 October 2026 · Operated by Mammar Digital Solutions LLP
1. The parties
These terms are a contract between you and Mammar Digital Solutions LLP, Kavumpuram, PO Thozhuvanoor, Valanchery, Malappuram District, Kerala 676552, India (“Clipadi”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. You must be at least 18 and, if acting for a company, authorised to bind it.
2. What Clipadi is
Clipadi is a marketplace. Creators publish campaigns asking for short clips of their content and fund a budget that pays per 1,000 verified views. Clippers make clips, post them on their own Instagram or YouTube accounts, and submit the links. Clipadi tracks public view counts, calculates earnings, holds and moves the money, and settles payouts. Clipadi is not a party to the creative relationship between a creator and a clipper and does not guarantee any minimum views, earnings or results.
3. Accounts
- One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate details, including a real name and, for clippers, a UPI ID that belongs to you.
- To submit clips you must link the social account you post from by placing a verification code in its bio. Only clips posted from linked, verified accounts count.
4. Creators: campaigns and payment
- You confirm that you own, or have the rights to license, the source content, and you grant clippers a licence to make and publish clips of it for the campaign on the named platforms.
- Campaign budgets are pre-paid through PayU. Our platform fee is set out on the pricing page. Budget is spent only on verified views of approved clips. Unused budget is handled per the refund policy.
- You may set rules (tags, length, tone). Clips that break the rules can be rejected by you within 7 days of approval or by Clipadi at any time.
- You may pause or end a campaign at any time; earnings already accrued to clippers are still paid.
5. Clippers: clips and earnings
- Clips must be made from the campaign’s source content, follow the campaign rules, and comply with Instagram’s and YouTube’s terms. You must not mislead viewers about who made the original content.
- A clip must be submitted within 1 hour of being posted. We read the posting time from the platform when you submit; a post older than that cannot be submitted. Every clip is reviewed by Clipadi before it starts earning, and views are only tracked after approval.
- Earnings = (verified views ÷ 1,000) × the campaign rate, subject to any per-clip cap and to the remaining budget. Views are read from the platforms’ public counts at regular intervals; a view that the platform later removes is also removed by us.
- Earnings are credited to your Clipadi wallet and paid to your UPI ID on request, subject to the minimum payout and timelines on the pricing page. You are responsible for tax on your earnings; we deduct TDS where required.
- Buying views, using bots, resubmitting the same clip, or submitting content you did not post yourself results in the clip being rejected, earnings reversed, and your account closed.
6. Prohibited content
No campaigns or clips that are unlawful in India; that infringe copyright or trademarks; that are pornographic, hateful, defamatory or that incite violence; that promote gambling, tobacco, drugs or unregulated financial products; or that violate the platform rules of Instagram or YouTube. We may remove content and close accounts that breach this section.
7. Intellectual property
Creators keep the rights to their source content; clippers keep the rights to the editorial work in their clips, licensed to the creator for promotional use of the campaign. Clipadi’s name, logo, software and design are ours. You give us a licence to display campaign titles, thumbnails, clips and public handles within the service and in our own marketing of the platform.
8. Money handling
Payments are processed by PayU; by paying you also accept PayU’s terms. Clipadi holds campaign budgets and clipper earnings as a platform balance and is not a bank; balances do not earn interest. We may hold a payout for up to 14 days to verify views or identity where we suspect fraud.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time from settings or by emailing us; outstanding earnings are paid and unused budget refunded per our policies. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. Sections 5–8 and 10–12 survive termination.
10. Liability
Clipadi is provided “as is”. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that view counts reported by third-party platforms are error-free. To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Malappuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Before going to court, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue within 30 days.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to registered users 7 days in advance. Continuing to use Clipadi after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: hello@clipadi.com or the contact page.
