Refund & cancellation policy
Clipadi is a digital service. This page explains when money added to the platform can be refunded, and how campaigns can be cancelled.
Last updated 7 October 2026 · Operated by Mammar Digital Solutions LLP
1. Campaign budgets
- Money you add to fund a campaign is held as campaign budget and spent only on verified views of approved clips.
- The platform service fee and GST charged when you add money are non-refundable.
- If you end a campaign, its unspent budget goes back to your Clipadi wallet in full. Taking money out of the wallet is covered in section 3.
2. Cancelling a campaign
- You can pause or end a campaign at any time from your dashboard. Clips already approved continue to earn on views counted up to the moment the campaign is ended; no new clips are accepted after that.
- The unspent budget at the time of cancellation is returned to your Clipadi wallet immediately. From there you can use it for another campaign or request a refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund to your payment method
- Request a refund of wallet balance from your dashboard or by emailing hello@clipadi.com from your registered email.
- A refund fee of 5% of the wallet balance being refunded is kept by Clipadi to cover payment-gateway and handling costs. For example, on ₹10,000 of unused balance, ₹9,500 is refunded. You are shown the exact amount before you confirm the request.
- The platform service fee and GST paid when the balance was added are not refunded with it.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method through PayU within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 working days to show the credit.
- Refunds are issued in Indian rupees for the amount originally paid; we do not refund currency-conversion or bank charges levied by your provider.
4. Disputed views or earnings
- If we find that views on a clip were inflated artificially (bots, paid views, view farms), the clip is rejected and any earnings from it are reversed and returned to the campaign budget.
- Creators may dispute a clip within 7 days of it being approved. Disputes are reviewed by our team within 3 working days; our decision is final.
- Earnings that have already been paid out to a clipper cannot be clawed back from the creator’s side; Clipadi bears that cost.
5. Clipper payouts
- Payout requests can be cancelled by the clipper any time before they are processed. Once a UPI transfer has been initiated it cannot be reversed.
- A payout that fails because of an incorrect UPI ID is returned to the clipper’s wallet, and they can correct the UPI ID and request again.
6. Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is debited from your account but does not show in your Clipadi wallet within 24 hours, email us with the PayU transaction ID. Duplicate payments are refunded in full, with no refund fee, within 5–7 working days.
